involvement and is structured around three core principles:
Volunteer Initiative:
Our employees are our most powerful connection to the community
and it is through their dedication, passion and expertise that we
are best able to serve people in need. Every employee is eligible
for one additional paid day to donate their time and expertise to a
community initiative in our key focus areas of education or career
enrichment.
Corporate Giving:
Chandler Jones International corporate giving budget helps
support local activities across our global offices in our key focus
areas and also allows for in-kind giving in response to natural
disasters such as the Haiti Earthquake or other instances of
extreme need.
Business Ethics:
Our role is also manifested through our business practices and
operations. From hiring men and women who reflect the diversity of
the communities in which we operate, to practicing fair and
equitable recruitment practices, to promoting high standards
through our Chandler Jones International values, we are committed
