As a firm we aim to provide a positive experience to all of the

As well as a standard 25 days' holiday, rising to 27 with service,
people can buy or sell up to five days' extra holiday per
year. Subject to a qualifying period, everyone can take a
sabbatical for up to three months.
Everyone is also eligible for a number of benefits to help them
outside of work, such as sick pay, long term income protection and
private health insurance should they fall ill. We also make a free
Employee Assistance Programme available to people who may need
advice on problems they have outside work. For those concerned
about their retirement, there's a pension scheme too.
We also offer subsidised gym memberships, child care vouchers and
season ticket loans.
For expectant mothers, we have excellent maternity provision well
in excess of the statutory requirements and have preferred supplier
arrangements with our clients which offers discounts, advice and
support.
